Lead Remodeler

BJG Construction is seeking a Lead Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trade experience in residential work, particularly in completing bathroom and kitchen remodels. Strong skills in tile and drywall, as well as experience running a crew, are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, etc.
• Change receptacles/plugs and install sinks & faucets
• Work independently
• Successfully run crews on projects and take responsibility for project results
• Maintain professionalism at all times, as you’ll be working in clients' homes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of trade experience in residential work
• Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Versatility in performing various tasks (tile, drywall, etc.)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Prepared to work in various locations in Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Monterey counties
• Ability to work independently
• Own tools and vehicle required
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Strong leadership skills, embodying company spirit and motivating team members
• A go-getter attitude, motivated to grow as a professional

Compensation Range:

$30 - $40 per hour DOE
